The office of attorney Witold Ulatowski developed 1996 in Munich in co-operation with the law office George Erkiert, Augsburg as an independent office of attorney Witold Ulatowski.
The emphasis of the activity was situated from the outset in the care of Polish enterprises, which unfolded their activity on the German market. At the same time enterprises establishments of German companies on the Polish market were legally supported.

In the context of the care of Polish enterprises the emphasis was put on the support of the Polish factory contract enterprises of the construction industry. Here in particular and criminal cases pertaining to labour law and economiceconomics were processed. In the framework further restaurant industries in addition-stepped the development taken place afterwards to the set the cared for mandator shank. At present a multiplicity of Polish enterprises of the Top 500 category are lawyer cared for.

Attorney Ulatowski has been for many years co-organizer and lecturer by diverse schoolings and educational seminaries among others on the vocational association of building contractors, KPB Unibud, in Warsaw. His publications on German and International construction law are found regularly for many years in the journal "Prawo i Budownictwo" (Law and Construction) In compass of further schoolings for Polish and German construction companies, he also participated by diverse German-Polish seminars and schoolings in co-operation and collaboration with the Polish foreign ministry in Germany.

In 2005 attorney Ulatowski concluded the prerequisite for attaining the titel as law specialist in contruction law, successfully finishing a specialist schooling on the German attorny’s academy. Registration as a attorny specialisit for Contruction and Architectural Law will follow soon.

Since the begin 2006 attorney Ulatowski holds an additional Law Office in Warsaw, which supports,among others, German mandates in economic activities in Poland and in the contruction sector, in their effort to establish themselves in accordance with polish law.
